l love this location don’t get me wrong but the takeout I will never order again, I ordered food and my friend picked it up for me because I’m working, I don’t have a microwave here nor should I have to use it, I ordered sauces specifically garlic butter to make my chicken garlic parm wings since they didn’t have that option and I had pizza puffs with nacho cheese sauce I asked for no pizza sauce and ordered two ranch, I proceeded to open my food to hot ranch in my container like that’s so annoying I don’t want hot ranch. I got no garlic butter and no nacho cheese sauce and the pizza sauce I didn’t ask for. Then I come back to get my sauce, my nacho chheese sauce is literally freezing cold why would I want it cold! Really irritating and my pizza puffs had no seasoning and the boneless wings are gross genuinely wouldn’t ever order them again dry and no flavor

I’ve gotten takeout from this Flo’s location many times over the years, and about 99% of the time I get pretty good service. However, today Tuesday, August 25th at about 10:00 PM was that 1% of the time where I experienced very poor service. When I walked in to pick up my order, there was no employee to help me. I proceeded to wait for about 7 to 10 minutes. During that time, I tried saying hello fairly loudly to get someone's attention, and eventually, I had to use my pop can to tap on the counter just to make some noise and grab someone's attention. Finally, an employee came out from the back. He looked very unhappy to see me waiting, walked all the way up with a frown, and didn't say hello, ask how I was doing, or anything like that. I’m not saying he needs to make a whole conversation with me, but the least he can do is give a customer a nice hello with a smile. From there, we went through the process of getting my order, and he continued to be very short and ultimately rude. It made me feel like either he didn’t like me and was mad that I was supporting the business, or he just didn’t want to be there working at all. I typically don’t write reviews, nor do I think employees

Don't order delivery here. You'll get cold pizza. This has happened to me twice now. They outsource deliveries, and the drivers often have multiple stops. They will remake your order if it doesn't show up within 1 HOUR of expected delivery time, but they don't have a driver so you'll have to pick it up yourself. The pizza here is typically fantastic, but I don't plan on returning anytime soon.

Got a blt pizza was not even cooked right. The driver seemed like he was high. Parked in the middle of the road and was going to hand my to whole bag after I said you have to take the pizza out to give them to me. I Oder a 2 liter they showed up with a 20 ounce. The portions of the food is not worth the price! They don’t update you when they’re on the way to delivering! We got charged 70-80 for 2 12 inch pizza and one cheesy bread. Don’t waste your money going here!!

Great tasting pizza! Personally prefer their thin crust but you can't go wrong either way! Their cheese breadsticks were also amazing! Lots of gooey cheese, parmesan, and buttery garlic goodness!! The cinnamon puffs had a nice bite to them, with lots of icing as well! Much better than the chain places nearby!
